Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Ivory Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 465 people based in Providence. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
