Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Cedar Sable Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in unit turnovers and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
