Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on court deadlines. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
