Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Partners is a Providence manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
