Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Foxglove Meadow Community Partners is a Providence charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Providence. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
