Data Analyst - customer trends (Providence, RI)

Redstone Pine Financial serves customers across Providence with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
