Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Silverline Field Financial Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
