Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Summit Oak Facilities is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 660 people based in Portland. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supply orders and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
