Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Redstone River Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in supplier deliveries and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
