Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Rivermark Sable Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on rent assistance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
