Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Bluepeak Meadow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Portland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in licensing records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
