Data Analyst - customer trends (Portland, OR)

Greenridge Maple Property Management is a Portland property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
