Data Analyst - customer trends (Pittsburgh, PA)

Silverline Orchard Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in equipment calibration and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on test reports. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
