Data Analyst - customer trends (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Ember Property Management looks after rental homes across the Pittsburgh area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
