Data Analyst - customer trends (Pittsburgh, PA)

Cedar Cobalt Medical is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
