Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Ashton Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient education. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
