Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Banking Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
