Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Harborlight Cedar Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Phoenix. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
