Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Nova Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
