Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Amberfield Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Phoenix. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
