Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Wren Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
