Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Highbridge Bright Manufacturing is a Phoenix manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in scrap and rework and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
