Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Lakeside Arts Center is an arts centre in Phoenix with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in event logistics and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
