Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Sable Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in shrink and waste and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on pricing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
