Data Analyst - customer trends (Phoenix, AZ)

Summit Corner Construction Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
