Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Silverline River Markets is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on pricing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
