Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Lumen Ivory Foods is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in customer specifications and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches.
