Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Clearpath Cedar Health runs clinics and patient services around Philadelphia, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in insurance authorisations and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
