Data Analyst - customer trends (Philadelphia, PA)

Cedar West Facilities is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in safety inspections and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
