Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wilder Property Management and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
