Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Cedar Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in survey data and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ridership counts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
