Data Analyst - customer trends (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Energy Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
