Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Bright Pine Medical designs and makes medical devices in Omaha. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
