Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Omaha. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
