Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Rivermark Mill Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
