Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Ironwood Union Hospitality is a hospitality company in Omaha with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
