Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Sable Housing manages affordable housing communities across Omaha. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
