Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Lumen Bright Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Omaha. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in resident services and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
