Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Omaha, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
