Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Financial and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
