Data Analyst - customer trends (Omaha, NE)

Bright Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Omaha. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in weigh tickets and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
