Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meadow Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
