Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Bluepeak Pine Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
