Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
