Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Fernwood Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
