Data Analyst - customer trends (Oklahoma City, OK)

Northwind Amber Property Management is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on vendor invoices. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
