Data Analyst - customer trends (Oakland, CA)

Harborlight Meadow Auto Group is a Oakland company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on parts orders.
