Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

Ironwood Drift Care Services supports families and individuals in New Orleans with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
