Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Fox Pharma Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleanroom operations. • Python or R for analysis.
