Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Willow Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in New Orleans, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in clinical evaluations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
